When purchasing Free-To-Air equipment, please note that UNIVERSAL SATS LTD. provides this equipment for Free-To-Air services only, as defined by government laws and regulations in your region. Generally, this is defined as being 'any channel/service not requiring reimbursement/subscription for viewing rights'. Check with your local government to verify this definition and the legality of Free-To-Air in your area. UNIVERSAL SATS LTD. in no way supports satellite piracy as defined by law in your country/region. According to Canadian law, we do not support the acquiring of paid programming through unlawful means, including but not limited to, the decryption of otherwise encrypted signal through unlawful means. All receivers we sell/ship out come standard with original factory software. This software allows completely the interception and viewing of authorized Free-To-Air programming. No modifications to hardware, software or firmware are conducted on the part of UNIVERSAL SATS LTD. Furthermore, any modification to the receiver through such modification will immediately render the customer's warranty null and void. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed to have the serious intent of acquiring such paid-programming in unlawful ways.

Warranty Disclaimer
All products on this site are brand new and 100% GUARANTEED to be GENUINE or your money back. All warranties are backed by each manufacturer for each product and not by UNIVERSAL SATS LTD. UNIVERSAL SATS LTD does offer in house warranties for a fee depending on the product and problem. Please contact UNIVERSAL SATS LTD to recieve a quote with respects to these fees. We do not condone the use of thrid party software on our products as it is illegal and will void any manufaturer warranties. UNIVERSAL SATS LTD does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. For RMAS please contact UNIVERSAL SATS LTD. and they will issue you an RMA number and approximate time. RMAS may take up to 3 weeks or more depending on the problem and are subject to shipping and technician fees.
Exchange / Refund Policy
UNIVERSAL SATS LTD has a strict 7 day exchange / refund policy starting from the day the item is recieved. As you only have 7 days we recommend each customer test their product for 100 % operational condition. Refunds / exchanges are subject to a minimum fee of 35% for opened packages and a minimum fee of 25% for unopened packages. No refunds / exchanges are offered for any products that have been modifed with third party software or missing the original contents they came with.
Limitation of Liability
UNIVERSAL SATS LTD shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if UNIVERSAL SATS LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a UNIVERSAL SATS LTD product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, UNIVERSAL SATS LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. UNIVERSAL SATS LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, UNIVERSAL SATS LTD shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by UNIVERSAL SATS LTD without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

UNIVERSAL SATS LTD's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. UNIVERSAL SATS LTD may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
